Christie Meats is a family run business that has been supplying the best quality beef, lamb and pork for over twenty-five years. We run two shops, in Hardgate near our farm, and in Broomhill, in the west end of Glasgow. Both shops are supplied with beef from our own farm and seasonal lamb from neighbouring Gavinburn Farm, Old Kilpatrick. We have also established an extensive wholesale and catering trade supplying our quality products to restaurants, hotels, cafes and nursing homes across Glasgow and west central Scotland.

A new venture is our on-line shop, from which you can purchase the same produce – at the same prices – as you can from our shop. We realise it is important for customers to be sure of the quality of the produce they buy and our membership of the Scotch Butchers’ Club and our position as Scottish Craft Butchers guarantees the provenance of the meat that we sell.

Our catering and wholesale business is based in Clydebank and our EU licensed factory operates to a rigorous externally validated quality and hygiene control system.
